COVID-19 Office Update

Information on our office procedures as well as SGI's current office procedures during the COVID-19 Health Concerns: Updated 08Apr2020

Our Office

Goodsoil: Our office is currently closed. Please call us for any assistance you may need at this time.

Loon Lake: Our office is currently closed to the public, but we are available to assist you by Phone 1-306-837-2016 or Email info@lakelandagenices.ca for any Licensing or Insurance needs. Our office Hours will remain Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

SGI

  • SGI has transitioned for most employees to be working from home.
  • All offices are closed to the public with the exception of certain transactions to be completed by appointment only
  • Claims Services are still being offered however all In-Person Vehicle appraisals are cancelled. Estimates and appraisals will be provided by collision repair partners.
  • All Driver Road Tests are cancelled at this time

Note: SGI May be experiencing phone issues during their transaction to working from home. Please keep trying to phone if you call gets disconnect or isn't answered.

How we Can Assist you:

We are still able to provide Licensing and Insurance services by Phone or email. Please have your information available and call 1-306-837-2016 for information.

The following Transactions can be provided:

  • Vehicle Transactions such as Renew Registrations, Transfer Registrations, New Registrations, Permits.
    • Completed Bill of Sales can be emailed to info@lakelandagencies.ca.
    • Documentation can be emailed to you, mailed to you or handed to you outside the office
    • New Plates can be handed to you outside the office
  • Vehicle Cancellation
    • A signed Cancellation request is required that can be done by email
  • Driver License Renewals
    • If new pictures are required, they can be waived at this time.
  • Other payments and inquiries

Payment Methods:

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit)
  • Interact E-Transfer
  • If no other payment method is an option we will accept cash payments outside the office

Basic Vehicle Renewals and Receivable payments can be completed on MySGI. If you need assistance in setting up your account please give us a call. MySGI.ca
